From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'StillPlain' commenced with an ambitious vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Launched by the Romano kin in 1985, our little pizza shop germinated as a family venture, intrusted with recipes that have been cherished for ages.
Mia Romano, our progenitor, assimilated the secrets of pizza craft on her excursions through Italy, especially in Naples, the cradle of pizza. On her return to the UK, she made it her mission to replicate the allure of authentic Italian pizza, embracing time-honored techniques and uncompromised quality materials.
Originating as a quaint twelve-seater venue, we have blossomed into a cherished neighborhood centerpiece, maintaining an unwavering pledge to excellence and originality. Our wood-fire ovens continuously turn out traditionally prepared pizzas, our dough is mixed afresh every day, and we spare no effort in securing the finest provisions available.
To this day, 'StillPlain' is presided over by the family, with the Romano offspring at the helm of our impassioned team. While progressive practices have been adopted, the essence of our pursuit remains constant: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
